Hammond 1427NCGPG16G 14 mm PG16 Gray Nylon Liquid-Tight Cordgrip, 10

The 1427NCGPG16G is the gray (RAL 7035) PG16 liquid-tight nylon cordgrip. It seals and strain-relieves cable from 10 mm to 14 mm in diameter at the point where it enters or leaves an enclosure, and the gray finish suits light-gray enclosures and panels.

The nylon body houses an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal with a large opening that accepts a wide range of cable diameters. Strain relief elements tighten in a circular sequence on the sealing ring so the cable is held without twisting or damage. A nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring are included.

The 1427NCGPG16G offers IP68 protection and is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. It is UL listed with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and is RoHS and REACH compliant. Static operating temperature is -40°C to 100°C (up to 120° instantaneous); dynamic is -20°C to 80°C (up to 100° instantaneous). It ships in a bag at 0.04 lbs (0.02 kg).
