The 1427NCGM25G is the gray version of the M25x1.5 liquid-tight nylon cordgrip, a cable gland for sealing the point where a cable enters or leaves an enclosure. The gray (RAL 7035) finish is a natural match for light-gray enclosures and panels, and the gland clamps cable from 13 mm to 18 mm.
Construction is nylon with an NBR (nitrile rubber) seal. The large opening lets the seal accept a wide range of cable diameters, while the strain relief elements close in a circular sequence on the sealing ring so the cable is held firmly without being twisted or damaged. Each cordgrip comes with a nylon locknut and EPDM o-ring.

Protection for the 1427NCGM25G is rated IP68, and it is designed to meet NEMA Type 4, 4X, 6, 6P, 12 and 13. It is UL listed with a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and is RoHS and REACH compliant. In a static state it operates from -40°C to 100°C (up to 120° instantaneous); in a dynamic state from -20°C to 80°C (up to 100° instantaneous). It ships in a bag at 0.05 lbs (0.02 kg).
