The VCT56 is a 32U vertical cable tray for routing and supporting cable bundles inside server cabinets. It gives IT and network installers, data center technicians and AV integrators an open vertical pathway along the side of a cabinet, keeping patch cords and trunk cables organized and accessible without using an enclosed cable manager.
Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with folded (flanged) edges that add structural strength and make cable handling easier. The tray is finished in a black powder coat (GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant) and the drawing specifies a painted black textured finish. Cutouts along the body accept cable ties or hook and loop straps for tie-down points and strain relief, and a square 2.00 in x 2.00 in cutout plus obround 0.28 in x 2.00 in slots are provided in the panel.
