Hammond URR45U 45U Universal 10-32 Rack Mount Rails, Pair

The URR45U is a pair of 45U universal rack mount rails used to add industry-standard 10-32 threaded rack mounting to custom enclosures, cabinets and OEM equipment. It is aimed at equipment manufacturers, system integrators and enclosure builders who need a durable, EIA-310/TIA compliant mounting interface in a housing of their own design, and it can also serve as replacement rails for Hammond RB-2PW Wall Racks and 24-inch wide HWC Wall Cabinets.

Construction is heavy-duty 12-gauge mild steel with a black powder coat finish. A folded rear flange increases rigidity while providing additional mounting points for accessories, cable management or structural support. Rack units are marked directly on the rail to simplify equipment installation and future expansion, and the 10-32 tapped holes are laid out on 1.75 in (44 mm) typical EIA spacing.

Each URR45U rail measures 78.75 in (2,000 mm) high by 0.62 in (16 mm) wide by 1.50 in (38 mm) deep, with 78.25 in (1,988 mm) of 45U hole spacing. The nominal listed size is 78.75 in x 19 in x 1.5 in (2,000 mm x 483 mm x 38 mm), and shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg). The rails are compatible with 19-inch, 23-inch and 24-inch rack mounting applications, so the finished panel width is set by how the pair is positioned in your design.

URR45U ships as a pair; mounting hardware is not included. The rails are made in Canada in an ISO 9001 certified facility, are TAA and USMCA compliant, and are RoHS and REACH compliant with ECCN EAR99.
