Hammond SDC6USD 6U Cable Entry and Fan Locking Door, Steel

The SDC6USD is a 6U cable entry/fan locking door made exclusively for use with the Hammond SDC wall mount cabinet series. It gives IT, AV and facilities teams a way to close off a 6U SDC enclosure while still routing cabling into the cabinet and adding optional forced-air cooling, making it a practical choice for small wiring closets, classroom and conference room head-ends, and distributed network or control gear.

The door panel is constructed in 16-gauge steel and finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder paint coat that complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality. As supplied, SDC6USD includes the solid/fan door panel, a door hinge and a keyed offset-cam quarter-turn lock, so the assembly installs onto the cabinet and secures equipment behind a locking door. Mounting hardware is included and the door installs into the SDC series using that hardware.

Overall size is 11.75 in x 24.59 in x 0.5 in (298 mm x 625 mm x 13 mm) with a shipping weight of 6.45 lbs (2.93 kg). The drawing shows a 24.59 in (625 mm) width, a 20.59 in (523 mm) dimension and an 11.92 in (303 mm) right-side view height reference. Laser fan knockouts accept optional fan kits DNMF100AC115 and DNMF100AC23.
