The SCEM351619WH is the largest sloped aluminum console in the SCEM Series ordering table, measuring 14.00 in wide with a 6.50 in depth and 7.50 in rear height. Its broad angled front panel accommodates long rows of switches, meters or wide displays, making it a fit for operator consoles and multi-channel desktop instruments.
The vented back panel, bottom and sides are made from 0.081" thick (12 gauge) aluminum, and the sloped front panel is 0.064" aluminum that is easy to machine. Convection ventilation comes through slots in the bottom and the removable rear panel. The finish is satin blue with a contempra grey panel, and the enclosure is RoHS and REACH compliant.
Nominal size is 14.00 in (356 mm) wide, 6.50 in (165 mm) deep and 7.50 in (191 mm) rear height. The drawing shows a 60.0° slope, an overall top width of 360.22 mm [14.18 in] and an overall depth of 170.33 mm [6.71 in]. It is packed in a box with a shipping weight of 3.66 lbs (1.66 kg).
Supplied with the bottom, top and back, 8 cover screws and 4 rubber feet, the SCEM351619WH has holes that accept #6-32 self-tapping screws; the recommended cover screw torque is 13-14 lbf-in (150-160 cN-m). Replacement screws are part 1421J8. Custom milling, drilling and printing can be quoted from the factory, and STEP or IGES models are available.
