The SCEM251414WH is a 10.00 in wide sloped aluminum console from the SCEM Series. It shares the 5.50 in depth and 5.50 in rear height of the SCEM161414WH but offers a much wider angled front panel, making room for larger control layouts, meter rows or displays on desktop equipment.
The vented back panel, bottom and sides are 0.081" (12 gauge) aluminum, and the sloped front panel is 0.064" aluminum that is easy to cut for components. Convection ventilation is provided by slots in the bottom and the removable rear panel. The finish is satin blue with a contempra grey panel, and the enclosure is RoHS and REACH compliant.
The SCEM251414WH measures 10.00 in (254 mm) wide, 5.50 in (140 mm) deep and 5.50 in (140 mm) at the rear. Per the drawing, the slope is 60.0°, the overall top width is 258.62 mm [10.18 in] and the overall depth is 144.93 mm [5.71 in]. It ships in a box weighing 1.98 lbs (0.90 kg).
Included are the bottom, top and back, 8 cover screws and 4 rubber feet. Holes accept #6-32 self-tapping screws, with a recommended cover screw torque of 13-14 lbf-in (150-160 cN-m); the replacement screw part is 1421J8. Milling, drilling and printing can be done at the factory, and STEP or IGES solid models are available.
