Hammond RZVS1926BK1 25.84 in Deep Vented Side-Mount Rack Shelf

The RZVS1926BK1 is a 25.84 in (656 mm) deep vented side-mount fixed shelf for four-post rack cabinets. Instead of consuming rack units on the front mounting rails, it fastens to the side of both pairs of combination rails, leaving the full rack face available for active equipment. That makes it a practical choice for IT and network teams, AV integrators and industrial panel builders who need a sturdy platform for non-rackmount devices such as servers, UPS systems, network appliances and industrial controllers.

Construction is heavy-duty mild steel with a black textured powder coat finish. The shelf is rated to support up to 170 lb (77 kg). The vented deck, formed with 0.24 x 1.50 in venting slots, promotes upward airflow to help maintain cooling, while folded side flanges add strength and let mounting hardware be installed from above. A rear flange 0.31 in (8 mm) high is folded upward to stiffen the shelf and act as an integrated equipment retainer, and it carries a protective rubber channel that helps prevent equipment scratches and cable chafing.
