Hammond RZ0203C 115x65x40 mm Clear Lid Polycarbonate Enclosure

RZ0203C is the slim 115 mm x 65 mm x 40 mm (4.53 in x 2.56 in x 1.57 in) RZ Series enclosure fitted with a clear polycarbonate lid. It suits narrow electronics where the board's LEDs, labels or a small display should remain visible, such as data loggers, signal converters or status indicators.

The light gray (RAL7035) polycarbonate body has a smooth surface, a UL94 V-2 flammability rating and a -40 °C to +130 °C operating range, and polycarbonate is suggested for outdoor use. The two-piece tongue & groove gasket protects against oil, dust and water, and the enclosure is designed to meet IP65. Lid screws are self-captivating and all assembly hardware is corrosion resistant.

Inside height is 35.00 mm [1.38 in] and inside width is 58.22 mm [2.29 in]. Boards up to 106.87 mm x 56.87 mm mount on internal points that accept M3 self-tapping screws, and DIN rail mounted components are also supported by the mounting design. Wall-mounting holes are positioned outside the gasket perimeter.

The RZ0203C ships in a bag at 0.29 lbs (0.13 kg), with box, clear lid, string gasket, 4 PCB screws and 4 lid screws. Recommended torque: (43-50) ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m. Replacement gasket: RZ0304GASKET. REACH and RoHS compliant; UPC 623980745619. The version without a clear lid is RZ0203.
