Hammond RSUS1918BK1 2U Solid Sliding Rack Shelf, 18 in Depth, 130 lb

The RSUS1918BK1 is a 2U solid sliding rack shelf built for IT, AV and industrial teams who need to mount non-rackmount equipment in a standard 4-post rack or cabinet and still reach it easily. Heavy-duty ball-bearing slides let the shelf and its load pull forward for service, and an integrated stop mechanism prevents the shelf from accidentally pulling completely out during servicing. It can also be used as a temporary service tray during installation and maintenance.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with a black textured powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The slides are tested to BIFMA standards for a minimum of 55,000 cycles. The shelf is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility and is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant.

Overall dimensions are 2.68 in (68 mm) high by 18.89 in (480 mm) wide, with a solid shelf platform measuring 1.50 in (38 mm) high, 16.64 in (423 mm) wide and 18.12 in (460 mm) deep. Slide travel is 18.00 in (457 mm) and the series ordering table lists a 130 lb (59 kg) weight capacity, while the part drawing notes a maximum weight of 120 lb.

RSUS1918BK1 installs in 4-post racks and cabinets and requires two pairs of mounting rails. The shelf occupies 2U of rack space and requires 3U of mounting space; it is not designed for product mounting directly above or below.
