The RP1450 is a low profile polycarbonate enclosure with an opaque lid, measuring 220 x 165 x 60 mm (8.66 x 6.50 x 2.36 in). The wide, shallow footprint suits a single large circuit board or a row of DIN rail devices, making it a practical choice for electronics designers, control builders and installers.
Polycarbonate gives this model a UL94 V-2 flame rating, versus UL94 HB for the ABS equivalents. The lid seals with a two piece tongue & groove joint and a field-installed EPDM string gasket to an IP65 rating, and four self captivating M3.5 stainless steel screws secure it into corrosion resistant bushings.
