The RM2UMTGFL is a replacement front pair of rack ears (mounting flanges) for 2U RM Series rack-mount aluminum enclosures. It lets you replace lost or damaged ears on a full-width chassis, and the half-width 2U drawings (RM2U0804 and RM2U0808) list it as the "MTG. Flanges w/ Screws" accessory for bench cases that ship without flanges.
