The RM2U19BKFP is a replacement front or rear panel for the full-width 16.60 in 2U RM Series rack-mount aluminum enclosures (RM2U19 sizes). It is sold individually, so a builder can order a spare to machine for a new front-panel layout, replace a damaged panel, or keep a blank on hand for revisions without buying a whole enclosure.
In the series table the panel is listed at 3.50 in (89 mm) high by 16.60 in (422 mm) wide for a 2U chassis. The part drawing gives the panel itself as 415.30 mm [16.350 in] wide and 88.13 mm [3.470 in] high, 3.18 mm [0.125 in] thick, with 2X Ø4.30 mm [0.169 in] holes (the short description names the panel by its drawing width).
Like the panels shipped with the enclosure, it is extruded aluminum 0.125" (3.2mm) thick with a black textured powder coat finish, and the front and rear panels of the series are interchangeable.
