Hammond RM1U19BKFP 1U x 16.60 in Front or Rear Panel, Black Aluminum

The RM1U19BKFP is a replacement front or rear panel for the RM Series rack mount aluminum instrument enclosure, sold individually. Listed as "RM1U x 16.35" FRONT/REAR PANEL", it is a 1U panel with a height of 1.75 in (44 mm) and a width of 16.60 in (422 mm) in the series ordering table. Its 16.60 in listed width and 1U height match the full-width RM1U19xx enclosures in the series table, and the long description identifies it as a replacement panel for RM1U19.

RM Series front and rear panels are interchangeable, so the same part serves either end of the chassis. That makes the RM1U19BKFP useful for engineers who want a blank panel to machine for connectors, switches or displays, or for service teams replacing a panel that has been damaged or cut for a previous design.

Because of the powder coat finish, panels are not grounded to the frame, and the grounding method is left to the customer. The RM1U19BKFP ships in a box at 0.64 lbs (0.29 kg) and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
