RL6105-FBK is the black, flanged version of the 80 x 60 x 30 mm (3.15 x 2.36 x 1.18 in) RL Series shallow-lid project enclosure. Its mounting flanges bring the overall length to 103.92 mm (4.09 in) on the drawing, so it can be fixed to a wall or panel rather than held in the hand.
It is a two-part enclosure molded in black general purpose ABS with a light texture, rated UL94 HB. The RL design is intended to meet IP54, and each half has a smooth recessed area 0.30 mm deep for a membrane, label or silkscreen.
The inside measures 75.25 x 55.25 x 24.70 mm per the drawing, and the maximum P.C. board is 74.43 x 54.43 mm. Standoffs molded into both halves accept M2.6 self-tapping screws.
Each RL6105-FBK includes the box, lid, 4 PCB screws and 4 lid screws; recommended torque is (43-50) Ozf.in / (30-35) cN.m. Replacement packs are SC520-50 (M2.6 x 18 mm lid screws) and SC519-50 (PCB screws). It is REACH and RoHS compliant, ships bagged at 0.09 lbs (0.04 kg), and has a light gray twin, RL6105-F.
