Hammond RL6105 80x60x30 mm ABS Project Box, Light Gray

The RL6105 is the smallest light gray enclosure in the RL Series of shallow-lid ABS project boxes. Measuring 80 x 60 x 30 mm (3.15 x 2.36 x 1.18 in), it is designed to house a printed circuit board for hand-held use and suits hobbyists, OEM engineers and integrators building compact sensors, interfaces and small control modules. This is the version without wall mounting flanges.

The two-part enclosure is molded in light gray general purpose ABS with a light texture, rated UL94 HB. Both halves include a smooth recessed area, 0.30 mm deep, for a membrane, label or silkscreen, and the design is intended to meet IP54.

Inside, the drawing gives 75.25 mm length, 55.25 mm width and 24.70 mm height, with a maximum P.C. board of 74.43 x 54.43 mm. PCB standoffs are molded into both halves and accept M2.6 self-tapping screws.

RL6105 is REACH and RoHS compliant and ships bagged at 0.09 lbs (0.04 kg). It is also available in black (RL6105BK) and with mounting flanges (RL6105-F, RL6105-FBK).
