Hammond RFVS1931BK1 31 in Deep Vented Fixed Rack Shelf, 350 lb

The RFVS1931BK1 is a heavy-duty vented fixed rack shelf from the RF Series, built to support high-weight, non-rackmount equipment inside standard server cabinets and equipment racks. It is the 31.00 in (787 mm) deep vented version, making it suited to deeper cabinets where UPS systems, battery backups, non-rackmount servers, industrial controls and network appliances need a solid platform. The vented pattern uses 0.24 x 1.50 in venting slots to improve airflow around heat-generating equipment.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a black textured powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Folded side flanges add strength and simplify hardware installation from above, while front and rear flanges measuring 0.81 in (21 mm) increase shelf rigidity. The reversible design lets those flanges be installed facing upward so they act as integrated equipment retainers, helping keep gear from sliding during servicing or transport.

Overall dimensions are 1.94 in (49 mm) high, 17.75 in (451 mm) wide and 31.00 in (787 mm) deep, with a maximum load capacity of 350 lb (159 kg). Slotted side mounting accommodates a wide range of rack rail depth positions for installation flexibility, and all required mounting hardware is included with RFVS1931BK1.

To mount this shelf you must have two (2) pairs of combination rails in your cabinet. For a traditional equipment rack, order the FSRA Fixed Shelf Rail Adapter; for cabinets using Hammond CPR square-hole rails, order one CPRSA Rail Adapter per shelf.
