Hammond RFUS1931BK1 31 in Deep Solid Fixed Rack Shelf, 350 lb

The RFUS1931BK1 is a heavy-duty fixed rack shelf from the Hammond RF Series, built to carry high-weight, non-rackmount equipment inside standard server cabinets and equipment racks. With a solid (non-vented) deck measuring 31.00 in (787 mm) deep, it is aimed at IT and data center teams, telecom technicians, AV integrators and industrial controls engineers who need a dependable platform for UPS systems, servers, battery backups, industrial equipment and network appliances.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel with a black powder coat finish (textured black per the part drawing), and the shelf is rated for a maximum load of 350 lb (159 kg). Front and rear flanges measure 0.81 in (21 mm) high and stiffen the shelf; because the design is reversible, those flanges can be installed facing upward so they act as integrated equipment retainers that help stop equipment sliding during servicing or transport. Folded side flanges make hardware installation from above easier while adding strength.

Overall dimensions are 1.94 in (49 mm) high by 17.75 in (451 mm) wide by 31.00 in (787 mm) deep, with a 17.61 in (447 mm) inside width. Slotted side mounting (0.250 x 2.000 in slots) accommodates a wide range of rack rail depth positions for installation flexibility, and all required mounting hardware is included with the RFUS1931BK1.

Mounting requires two pairs of combination rails in the cabinet. The shelf is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, is TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant, and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The powder coat finish is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant.
