Hammond RFVS1921BK1 21 in Deep Vented Fixed Rack Shelf, 350 lb

The RFVS1921BK1 is a heavy-duty vented fixed rack shelf from the RF Series, built to support high-weight, non-rackmount equipment inside standard server cabinets and equipment racks. It suits IT and data center teams, telecom technicians, industrial controls builders and AV integrators who need a dependable platform for a UPS, battery backup, non-rackmount server, network appliance or test instrument. The vented pan improves airflow around heat-generating equipment, while the solid-pan version of the same depth is RFUS1921BK1.

Construction is 14-gauge mild steel finished in a black textured powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and the shelf is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility, making it TAA-compliant and USMCA compliant. Front and rear flanges, 0.81 in (21 mm) high, add rigidity and can be installed facing upward so they act as integrated retainers that help keep equipment from sliding during servicing or transportation. Folded side flanges add strength and simplify hardware installation from above.

Overall dimensions are 17.75 in (451 mm) wide by 21.00 in (533 mm) deep by 1.94 in (49 mm) high, with a maximum load of 350 lb (159 kg). Slotted side mounting (0.250 x 2.000 in slots) accommodates a range of rack rail depth positions, and venting slots measure 0.24 x 1.50 in.

All required mounting hardware is included. RFVS1921BK1 is designed for cabinets equipped with two pairs of combination rails; installation in a traditional equipment rack requires the optional FSRA Fixed Shelf Rail Adapter, and cabinets using Hammond CPR square-hole rails require one CPRSA Rail Adapter per shelf. Shipping weight is 10.01 lbs (4.54 kg).
