Hammond REFK1907731LG1 44U Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep, Gray

The REFK1907731LG1 is a 44U rack cabinet from the REFK knock-down series, built for general-purpose equipment installations that need durability, flexible rail mounting and easy transport. It ships unassembled in a flat pack, so it can be carried into rooms, basements and service areas where a fully assembled cabinet will not fit. The finish is RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with C-channel strut framing and 10-gauge combination mounting rails rated for a 1000 lb load. The self-squaring design assembles with one bolt per corner, and the supplied hardware kit includes 1/4-20 screws, KEP nuts, nylon washers and self-tapping screws along with the top, bottom and side panels, two pairs of tapped combination rails and a removable gland plate. Side panels are solid and non-removable; solid, louvered or window doors are available separately.

Overall dimensions are 82.19 in x 21.34 in x 31.5 in (2,088 mm x 542 mm x 800 mm), with 77.00 in (1956 mm) of 44U mounting height and 28.50 in (724 mm) of usable interior depth. Equipment mounts to two pairs of infinitely adjustable EIA-310 compliant combination rails with 10-32 tapped holes, supporting mixed equipment types in one cabinet. The rear bottom gland plate is removable for organised cable entry from below.

Four adjustable nylon leveling feet are included, with optional caster sets available for mobility. REFK1907731LG1 is manufactured in Canada, is TAA-compliant and USMCA-compliant, and meets RoHS and REACH requirements, making it suitable for AV, lab, telecom and industrial deployments as well as government procurement.
