Hammond C2F193523BK1 20U Modular Cabinet Frame, 23.62 in Deep, Black

The C2F193523BK1 is a 20U open cabinet frame from the C2 Series modular rack cabinet system, supplied as a frame only with no mounting rails included. It is the starting point for integrators and engineers who want to build a cabinet to their own specification, selecting rails, top and bottom panels, doors, side panels and accessories to match the installation. The frame is finished in RAL9005 Black textured powder coat.

Construction is a 14-gauge steel welded assembly. Across the C2 Series, frames use 12-gauge reinforced corner brackets with 16-gauge doors and panels, and the platform is rated for a 1500 lb load capacity. The textured powder coat finish is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant, and grounding studs on the frame, doors and panels support bonding for safe installation.

This frame measures 42.31 in x 23 in x 23.63 in (1,075 mm x 584 mm x 600 mm) and weighs 80 lbs (36.29 kg). The series ordering table lists overall dimensions of 43.16 in high x 23.00 in wide x 23.62 in deep, with usable mounting dimensions of 35.06 in (891 mm) height and 21.63 in (549 mm) depth. The drawing shows a 21.97 in (558 mm) usable depth and a 19.06 in x 14.00 in top opening.

Four leveling feet (5/16-18 thread) are included, with 1/4-20 caster hardware points and 0.50 in (13 mm) lagging points for optional casters or bolt-down. For 19 in equipment mounting, order rail pairs separately: CCR35TZPL tapped 10-32 rails or CPR35SZPL square hole rails. Infinite-depth rail adjustment using C-channel struts allows equipment to be positioned as required. C2F193523BK1 is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America.
