REFK1903531LG1 is a 20U knock-down 19-inch rack cabinet finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat. It ships unassembled in a flat pack, which makes it a practical choice for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial and automation systems, and telecom or legacy network equipment where a fully assembled cabinet cannot be carried into the space.

The cabinet is built from 16-gauge mild steel with C-channel strut construction and 10-gauge combination mounting rails rated for a 1000 lb load. Two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant combination rails tapped 10-32 are supplied with mounting hardware, so mixed equipment types can be positioned at the depth each device requires. The self-squaring design assembles with one bolt per corner for fast build-up with minimal tools.

Overall dimensions are 40.19 in x 21.34 in x 31.5 in (1,021 mm x 542 mm x 800 mm), with 20U of usable mounting height at 35.19 in (894 mm) and 28.50 in (724 mm) of usable mounting depth — 28.00 in (711 mm) with doors fitted. Shipping weight is 135 lbs (61.23 kg).

Solid non-removable side panels enclose the sides, and a removable gland plate provides rear bottom cable entry for organized routing from below. Four adjustable nylon leveling feet are included, and the bottom panel accepts optional casters. Optional solid, louvered, or window doors for a 35.00 in / 20U frame are available separately.
