Hammond REFK1903524LG1 20U Knock-Down Rack Cabinet, 24.5" Deep

REFK1903524LG1 is a 20U knock-down 19-inch rack cabinet finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat. It ships unassembled in a flat pack, which makes it a practical choice for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, telecom and legacy network gear, and industrial or automation systems where an assembled cabinet simply cannot be carried through the door.

The cabinet is built from 16-gauge mild steel with C-channel strut construction for rigidity and flexible rail positioning. Two pairs of infinitely adjustable, EIA-310 compliant 10-gauge combination mounting rails are tapped 10-32 and support a 1000 lb load capacity, so a mix of rack equipment types can be mounted front and rear. Mounting hardware is included, and the self-squaring design assembles with one bolt per corner using minimal tools.

Overall dimensions are 40.19 in x 21.34 in x 24.5 in (1,021 mm x 542 mm x 622 mm), with 35.19 in (894 mm) of usable mounting height (20U), 23.50 in (597 mm) of usable mounting depth, and 23.00 in (584 mm) of usable depth with doors fitted. Shipping weight is 116 lbs (52.62 kg).
