Hammond RDRW1900312LG1 2U Locking Rack Drawer, 12 in Deep, Light Gray

The RDRW1900312LG1 is a 2U locking rack storage drawer from the RDRW Series, giving IT, telecom, industrial and AV teams a secure place to keep tools, documentation, spare parts and test equipment inside a standard 19-inch rack or cabinet. Its keyed locking pull handle and enclosed sliding drawer body turn otherwise unused rack space into protected storage that stays close to the equipment it serves.

The series is built from 14 and 16-gauge steel; this part is listed as mild steel and finished in a textured RAL7035 light gray powder coat. The powder coat finishes used on the series are GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant. Overall dimensions are 3.50 in (89 mm) high by 17.36 in (441 mm) wide by 12.25 in (311 mm) deep, with a usable interior of 2.89 in (73 mm) high and 11.32 in (288 mm) deep. Heavy-duty slides provide 12.00 in (305 mm) of travel, and the load capacity is rated at 145 lbs (65.8 kg). Series ratings are up to 145 lb (66 kg) in 4-post installations and 60 lb (27 kg) in 2-post racks.

The drawer mounts to standard 19-inch EIA-310-E rack rails; the front panel measures 19.00 in (483 mm) across the flanges with a 1.75 in (44 mm) rack face height, and the drawer accepts rail depths from 12.10 in to 17.88 in (307 mm / 454 mm). A cable pass-through is provided in the rear, and two rear mounting brackets are included and can be fastened directly to the rear rack rails for added stability.

RDRW1900312LG1 ships with two keys for the lock, eight 10-32 x 0.625 in screws, two rear drawer support brackets, four 8-32 Keps nuts and assembly and installation instructions. It is manufactured in North America in an ISO 9001 certified facility and is TAA-compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant.
