Hammond RDRW1900322BK1 2U 22 in Deep Locking Rack Storage Drawer

The RDRW1900322BK1 is a 2U locking rack storage drawer designed to turn unused rack space into secure, organized storage for tools, documentation, spare parts, media and portable equipment. It fits standard 19-inch EIA-310-E racks and cabinets, making it suitable for both new builds and retrofit projects handled by IT teams, network and telecom technicians, AV integrators and industrial maintenance groups.

The drawer is built from mild steel (the series uses 14 and 16-gauge steel) and finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat. The finish is GREENGUARD Gold Certified, TSCA and RoHS compliant. A heavy-duty sliding drawer body rides on slides with 22.00 in (559 mm) of travel, and a plastic front pull handle with a keyed lock secures the contents; two keys are supplied.

Overall dimensions are 3.50 in (89 mm) high by 17.36 in (441 mm) wide by 22.25 in (565 mm) deep, occupying 2U of rack height. Usable interior space measures 2.89 in (73 mm) high by 21.33 in (542 mm) deep, and the drawer is rated for a 107 lb (48.5 kg) load capacity. The series load rating reaches up to 145 lb (66 kg) in 4-post installations and 60 lb (27 kg) in 2-post racks, depending on model.

Two rear mounting brackets are included and attach to the rear rack rails for added stability, with a mounting depth adjustment range of 22.10 in to 27.88 in (561 mm to 708 mm). The rear panel includes a cable pass-through. The assembly ships with keys, 10-32 x 0.625 in screws, 8-32 Keps nuts and assembly and installation instructions.
