Construction is 16-gauge mild steel cabinet framing with 12-gauge mounting rails rated for a 1,050 lb load, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet includes two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 tapped mounting rails plus a 50-pack of SCREW1032-50 mounting hardware, giving 42.00 in (1067 mm) of usable mounting height across a 19.00 in (483 mm) panel width and 29.56 in (751 mm) of equipment mounting depth. The rack designation is 24U + 1U, where the extra 1U refers to usable accessory mounting at the top-rear of the cabinet.
Cable management and airflow are handled through numerous cable tie-off points and conduit knockouts, including 3.00/1.90 in, 2.50/1.90 in, 1.38/1.12 in and 0.68 in knockout provisions, plus a fan cutout pattern for optional DNMF100AC115 or DNMF100AC230 fans.
