Hammond RCK36U32BK 36U 32-Inch Deep Knock-Down Rack Cabinet

The RCK36U32BK is a 36U knock-down rack cabinet measuring 68.00 in (1727 mm) high, 24.00 in (610 mm) wide and 32.00 in (813 mm) deep, built for AV and media installations, network and telecom equipment rooms, labs and general equipment deployments. It ships unassembled, which makes it easier to move through tight spaces and stairwells before assembly on site.

Construction is 16-gauge steel for the cabinet frame with 12-gauge mounting rails rated for a 1050 lb load. The mild steel body is finished in a textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The design is self-squaring, so the cabinet assembles quickly with improved structural alignment, and mounting points are provided for four-screw field-installable doors.

Two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant 10-32 threaded mounting rails give 63.00 in (1600 mm) of usable mounting height, 19.00 in (483 mm) of usable width and 29.56 in (751 mm) of equipment mounting depth. Beyond the 36U of rail space, an additional 1U of usable accessory mounting is provided at the top-rear of the cabinet. A 50-pack of 10-32 mounting screws (SCREW1032-50) is included; doors are not included.

Cable tie-off points and conduit knockouts are provided throughout for organized routing, and ganging capability allows side-by-side expansion. The bottom is cut out to accept a C2 top panel style vent/fan panel, and the assembly includes a solid top panel (C2T1923S).
