Hammond RCHV1902224BK1 13U Vented Rack Cabinet, 24.5" Deep Knock-Down

The RCHV1902224BK1 is a 13U rack cabinet with vented sides, built for mounting standard 19-inch equipment in AV, test and measurement, industrial control and light IT installations. It ships knocked down for easier transport and handling, and assembles with a self-squaring design using minimal hardware. Overall size is 24.75 in x 21 in x 24.5 in (629 mm x 533 mm x 622 mm), with a shipping weight of 67.99 lbs (30.84 kg).

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in textured RAL9005 black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The vented side panels support passive cooling, while the open cabinet structure accepts optional panels and doors so the enclosure can be configured for the access and airflow a given room requires. Black plastic lifting handles and PVC non-marking feet are included to help with placement and to protect finished surfaces.

Mounting is handled by two pairs of adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant round-hole rails. Usable mounting dimensions are 22.75 in (578 mm) high by 19.00 in (483 mm) wide with 23.25 in (591 mm) of usable depth, and the cabinet provides 13U (22.81 in / 579 mm) of rack space. A starter pack of 16 clip nuts and 10-32 screws is included. The 19-inch mounting width and 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening suit typical rackmount chassis, patch panels and shelves.
