Hammond RCHV1901731LG1 10U Vented Rack Cabinet, 31.5 in Deep

The RCHV1901731LG1 is a 10U general-purpose rack cabinet with vented sides from the RCH knock-down series, intended for AV and media installations, test and measurement benches, industrial control and automation systems, small IT and network setups, and lab or development environments. The vented structure suits applications that rely on passive cooling, while the open cabinet design accepts optional panels and doors so the configuration can be adjusted to the access and airflow the installation needs.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel with an 800 lb load rating, finished in RAL7035 light gray textured powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The cabinet ships knocked down for easier handling and protection, and the self-squaring design allows assembly with minimal hardware. Two black plastic lifting handles, PVC non-marking feet, and the assembly hardware (1/4-20 bolts and spring nuts, M6 screws) are part of the design.

Overall dimensions are 19.50 in x 21.00 in x 31.50 in (495 mm x 533 mm x 800 mm). Usable mounting space is 17.50 in (445 mm) high, 19.00 in (483 mm) wide and 30.25 in (768 mm) deep, giving 10 rack units of 19-inch equipment space. The drawing shows an 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting dimension and a 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening.

Four adjustable-depth, EIA-310 compliant punched combo rails (two pairs) support standard rack equipment, and a starter pack of 16 10-32 screws and clip nuts is included. RCHV1901731LG1 is TAA compliant and manufactured in Canada, with USMCA, RoHS and REACH compliance declared. Note that this product is not designed nor intended to be wall mounted; an optional caster kit and door, panel and rail accessories are available within the series.
