Hammond RCHR1922 13U Round Hole Rack Mount Rails, Pair

The RCHR1922 is a matched pair of 13U round-hole formed rack mount rails, engineered as factory replacement or add-on mounting rails for Hammond RCH cabinet systems. It suits IT and telecom technicians, AV integrators, OEM engineers and facilities teams who need to repair a damaged rail set, restore an existing cabinet, or add a second pair of mounting positions inside an RCH enclosure.

Each rail is formed from 16-gauge mild steel for a rigid mounting platform capable of carrying networking, AV, industrial and telecommunications equipment. The rails are finished in a durable textured RAL 9005 black powder coat for corrosion resistance and a consistent appearance alongside the original cabinet hardware.

RCHR1922 is specified for use with an RCH cabinet panel height of 22.75 in (578 mm) and provides 13U of usable rack space. The drawing shows an overall rail length of 22.75 in (578 mm) with 22.25 in (565 mm) of EIA spacing, plus two 0.281 x 0.688 in mounting slots for attachment to the cabinet. The round-hole pattern follows EIA-310 spacing and accepts standard 19-inch rack equipment using clip nuts and 10-32 rack screws (rack mounting hardware sold separately).

Cabinet mounting hardware is included with the pair for quick installation. The pair ships at 3.36 lbs (1.52 kg).
