Hammond RCHR1914 8U Round-Hole Rack Rails for RCH Cabinets

The RCHR1914 is an 8U round-hole formed rack rail, sold in pairs, engineered as a factory replacement or add-on mounting rail for Hammond RCH cabinet systems. It suits IT and network technicians, AV integrators, industrial control builders and facilities teams who need to replace a damaged rail set or add a second pair of mounting positions inside an existing RCH cabinet.

Each rail is formed from 16-gauge mild steel and finished in a textured RAL 9005 black powder coat for corrosion resistance and a professional appearance that matches the cabinet interior. The round-hole mounting pattern follows EIA-310 spacing, so standard 19-inch rack equipment mounts using clip nuts and 10-32 rack screws (rack mounting hardware is sold separately).

RCHR1914 measures 14.00 in (356 mm) overall with 13.50 in (343 mm) of EIA hole spacing, providing 8U of usable mounting height. It is specified for use with RCH cabinets having a 14.00 in (356 mm) panel height. Each rail carries two 0.281 x 0.688 in mounting slots and 0.28 in (7 mm) diameter holes, and the pair ships with the cabinet mounting hardware needed for installation.
