Hammond RCHD1922BK1 13U Solid Locking Door for RCH Cabinets

The RCHD1922BK1 is a 13U solid locking door designed exclusively for use with the Hammond RCH Cabinet Series. It suits IT, AV and facilities teams who need to close off and secure an RCH cabinet holding switches, patch panels, amplifiers or control gear, while keeping the enclosure front tidy and tamper-resistant.

Construction is 16-gauge mild steel, finished in a rugged textured powder paint coat in black (RAL9005 textured black is the finish used across the series' black doors) to match RCH enclosures. The powder paint finish complies with the Greenguard guidelines for indoor air quality, and the door is RoHS and REACH compliant, USMCA compliant and TAA-compliant for GSA Schedule purchases.

This door is sized for RCH cabinets with a 13U panel height of 22.75 in (578 mm). Per the product drawing, the door itself measures 18.88 in (479 mm) wide by 22.62 in (575 mm) high, with four 0.22 in (6 mm) and four 0.19 in (5 mm) diameter holes for mounting. Shipping weight is 8 lbs (3.63 kg).

Because the door and cabinet are symmetrical, RCHD1922BK1 mounts with either a right- or left-hand hinge, so swing direction can be set to suit the room. An installed lock and two keys are supplied for basic access control, and mounting hardware is included so no separate fastener kit is needed. The part is manufactured in North America (country of origin CA).
