Hammond RCBS1901413LG1 8U Enclosed Desktop Rack Cabinet, 13 in Deep

The RCBS1901413LG1 is an 8U enclosed desktop rack cabinet for mounting 19-inch equipment on a bench, console or work surface. It suits AV and media integrators, studio and control room builders, test and measurement engineers, and lab teams who need a compact, protective home for fixed-depth rack gear rather than a floor-standing cabinet.

Construction is 16-gauge welded steel with a 600 lb load rating, finished here in RAL7035 Light Gray textured powder coat. The cabinet is fully enclosed with top, bottom and side panels to shield installed equipment, and the welded shell is built from just two main formed parts plus two black plastic handles and four plug bumpers (non-marking rubber feet) for stable desktop placement and easy moves between workstations.

Overall dimensions are 16.00 in (406 mm) high x 21.00 in (533 mm) wide x 13.00 in (330 mm) deep. Inside, the usable mounting height is 14.00 in (356 mm) for a full 8U of equipment, with 12.38 in (314 mm) of usable mounting depth (12.26 in / 311 mm usable depth per the drawing) and a 17.81 in (452 mm) front opening across a 18.35 in (466 mm) 19-inch mounting width.

Mounting rails are fixed-depth and EIA-310 compliant with 0.28 in (7 mm) round holes for 10-32 clip nuts; rails are recessed at front and rear to improve equipment clearance. RCBS1901413LG1 ships with a starter pack of 10-32 clip nuts and a matching quantity of 1421ABK black screws (CLPKIT1032-10). The cabinet is made in Canada, TAA-compliant, USMCA-compliant, and RoHS and REACH compliant.
