Hammond RB-VFM45-6-1 45U 6in Single-Sided Vertical Cable Manager

The RB-VFM45-6-1 is a 45U single-sided vertical finger cable manager built for open frame rack systems where patch cables and equipment cords need a structured vertical pathway. It measures 6.00 in (152 mm) wide and 8.00 in (203 mm) deep with an overall height of 80.40 in (2042 mm) and 78.75 in (2000 mm) of mounting height, making it suited to IT rooms, data centers and structured cabling work handled by network integrators and facilities teams.

Construction is a 16-gauge steel frame fitted with UL94V-0 polycarbonate fingers, so cables are separated into defined pathways that hold their routing over time. A removable aluminum cover conceals the cable bundle for a clean, finished installation; this part ships with two manager doors with clips, along with four finger bracket with fingers assemblies, two end connector brackets, one mid connector bracket, two connector plates and twenty 10-32 x 3/8 in black screws. The finish is black powder coat that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant.

Rear cable pass-through openings — 18.45 in (469 mm) and 4.38 in (111 mm) — let cables cross between rack sections, while keyhole cutouts over a 61.25 in (1556 mm) PDU mounting zone support tool-less PDU mounting so power and cable management share the same vertical channel. Optional accessories such as cable spools, dividers and panels are available for the series.

RB-VFM45-6-1 is designed for compatibility with Hammond and third-party open frame racks, includes assembly and mounting hardware, and ships flat packed at 23 lbs (10.43 kg). It is TAA compliant, USMCA compliant, RoHS and REACH compliant, and manufactured in North America.
