Hammond RB-VFM45-10-1 45U 10in Single-Sided Vertical Cable Manager

The RB-VFM45-10-1 is a 45U single-sided vertical finger cable manager built for open frame rack systems where large volumes of patch cables have to be routed along the full height of the rack. It suits data centers, IT rooms, network and telecom installations and structured cabling environments that need organized, serviceable vertical pathways rather than only horizontal management.

Construction is a 16-gauge steel frame fitted with UL94V-0 polycarbonate fingers, so cables are held in structured pathways that stand up to repeated changes. The finish is black powder coat, described by the manufacturer as GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant to support indoor air quality and environmental compliance. Two removable aluminum manager doors with clips are included for cable concealment and a clean front appearance.

This 10 in wide version is the widest single-sided option in the series, aimed at higher cable densities. Overall dimensions are 80.40 in (2042 mm) high x 10.00 in (254 mm) wide x 8.00 in (203 mm) deep, with 78.75 in (2000 mm) of mounting space equal to 45 rack units. Shipping weight is 28 lbs (12.70 kg) and the unit ships flat packed.

Rear cable pass-through openings allow flexible routing between rack sections, and keyhole cutouts support tool-less PDU mounting, with a 61.25 in (1556 mm) PDU mounting area shown on the drawing. Assembly hardware and mounting hardware are included, along with 20 black 10-32 x 3/8 in screws. The RB-VFM45-10-1 is designed for compatibility with Hammond and third-party open frame racks, is TAA-compliant and manufactured in North America, and is part of the Rack Basics line for simple, reliable installations.
