Hammond PTF60700LG 115V 90W Top Mount Filter Fan, 227 CFM Type 12

The PTF60700LG is the mid-range, 115V model in the PTF GEN4 Type 12 top mount filterfan family. At 90 W it steps up airflow over the PTF 60500 for enclosures carrying a heavier heat load, and it is aimed at control panel builders and plant maintenance teams working with indoor NEMA 12 cabinets.

The PTF 60700 is rated 356 CFM unimpeded with a free-flow capacity of 177 W/K. With the PFA 60000 exhaust filter in the circuit it delivers 227 CFM and 113 W/K, which is the airflow quoted in the part description. It develops 88 Pa maximum static pressure, runs on ball bearings with a duty cycle of 1, and filters through a NEMA 12 filtermat, grade G 3 (DIN EN 779), at 81% efficiency. The mating exhaust filter is PFA60000LG.

The unit is 5.51 in (140 mm) high and 18.50 in (470 mm) wide and deep, with 1.97 in (50 mm) installed depth. It fits in the horizontal position using the patented Click & Fit hardware-free installation, and wiring lands on a terminal strip. The powder-coated metal pagoda cover is finished in RAL 7035 light grey and can easily be painted to match your machine.

The PTF60700LG maintains a NEMA 12 seal against the enclosure, is UL Recognized to UL 508A (category NITW2/8, UL File #E175229), has a CSA approved fan motor and provides safety protection in accordance with DIN 31 001. It weighs 5.8 kg and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
