Hammond PTF61000LG 115V 170W Top Mount Filter Fan, 304 CFM Type 12

The PTF61000LG is the highest-airflow model in the PTF GEN4 266-485 CFM Type 12 top mount filterfan range, powered from 115V at 170 W. It is intended for panel builders and facility electricians who need to remove heavier heat loads from indoor enclosures through the roof while preserving a NEMA 12 seal.

The PTF 61000 is rated 485 CFM unimpeded with a free-flow capacity of 242 W/K, and 304 CFM with 152 W/K when combined with the PFA 60000 exhaust filter. It builds up to 158 Pa maximum static pressure, the highest of the three PTF 6x models, and runs on ball bearings with a duty cycle of 1. Filtration is through a NEMA 12 filtermat, G 3 per DIN EN 779, at 81% efficiency. PFA60000LG is the mating exhaust filter.

It stands 5.51 in (140 mm) high with an 18.50 in (470 mm) square footprint and a 1.97 in (50 mm) installed depth. The patented Click & Fit design allows hardware-free installation in the horizontal fitting position, and supply wiring connects to a terminal strip. The powder-coated metal pagoda cover in RAL 7035 light grey suits rugged environments and is easily painted to match machine color.

The PTF61000LG is UL Recognized to UL 508A, category NITW2/8, UL File #E175229, with a CSA approved fan motor and safety protection in accordance with DIN 31 001. It weighs 6.0 kg, ships at 16 lbs (7.26 kg), and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
