The PPFP191202BK1 is a 4U rack mount fan panel that lets integrators, data center technicians and OEM engineers add active cooling to an existing 19 in rack or cabinet. It ships as a blank fan plate with two circular openings sized for 4.70 in (119 mm) square fans, so you can specify the airflow, voltage and noise level that suits the installation rather than being tied to a pre-installed fan.

Construction is 14 GA mild steel with a black powder coat finish that is GREENGUARD, TSCA and RoHS compliant. The panel measures 19.00 in (483 mm) wide by 7.00 in (178 mm) of mounting height, occupying 4U of rack space, and the front flange carries four 0.25 x 0.375 in (6 mm x 13 mm) mounting slots for direct attachment to standard 19 in EIA-compliant rack rails. Each fan opening is 4.69 in (119 mm) diameter with four 0.19 in (5 mm) fan screw holes. Shipping weight is 2.5 lbs (1.13 kg). Mounting hardware is not included.

Because the openings accept standard square fans, PPFP191202BK1 can be built up as an intake panel, an exhaust panel, or part of a push-pull arrangement when paired with a compatible fan grill panel.
