Hammond PJSP1210 11.50 x 9.50 in Aluminum Swing Panel, 12x10 PJ

The PJSP1210 is a hinged aluminum swing panel for 12x10 PJ Series raised lid enclosures. Panel builders and OEM engineers use it to add a front-mounted, hinged surface for devices inside the enclosure, and it is field installed with no drilling required.

Panel dimensions are 11.50 in (292 mm) high by 9.50 in (241 mm) wide with a .09 in (2.29 mm) panel thickness. The drawing identifies the panel as "Swing Panel, 12x10, aluminum" (70-60830-1). Unlike the smaller PJSP108, this kit uses 9" hinges and two panel stops.

• Two blind rivets, three combo pan head machine screws and three pan head SEMS screws
• Four 316SS grooved screws with silicone O-ring, three acorn cap nuts, three flat and three lock washers

The drawing also shows optional 1/2" raised and 1/2" lowered installations; follow the instructions included in the kit for those. Two #6-32 dual nuts are shown but are not included in the assembly package, and the enclosure and aluminum back panel are sold separately. Shipping weight is 1 lbs (0.45 kg), and the part is RoHS and REACH compliant.
