The PJSP108 is a hinged aluminum swing panel for PJ Series raised lid enclosures, the smallest panel in the PJ/PJU swing panel range. It gives control panel builders, OEMs and electricians a front-hinged mounting surface for components, installed in the field without drilling the enclosure.
The panel measures 9.50 in (241 mm) high by 7.50 in (191 mm) wide and is .09 in (2.29 mm) thick; the drawing lists the panel as "Swing Panel, 10x8, aluminum" (70-60829-1). It mounts at the front of the enclosure body, and besides the flush installation the drawing shows optional 1/2" raised and 1/2" lowered installations, with instructions for the optional mounting included in the kit.
- Swing panel 70-60829-1 and one 5" hinge each of Flange A and Flange B
- One spring latch and one panel stop
- Two blind rivets, two #6-32 combo pan head machine screws and two pan head SEMS screws
- Two 316SS grooved screws with silicone O-ring, two acorn cap nuts, two flat and two lock washers
