PJ864W is an 8.00 x 6.12 x 4.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a lift-off screw cover and polycarbonate viewing window. With no hinge, the cover comes fully away for wiring, then closes back down so instruments, gauges or indicators can be read through the window.
The gray compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester body has a 0.14 in (3.56 mm) wall and enhanced UV inhibitors. Four 316 stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings thread into #10-32 brass inserts to hold the cover against a FIP polyurethane gasket. The material is easy to punch, cut or drill.

The feet fasten with 316 stainless steel screws to rear brass inserts, while the optional inner panel uses plated carbon steel screws in four brass inserts. Panel options are white powder coated steel, unfinished aluminum or fiberglass.
The PJ864W is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, IEC 60529 IP66, REACH and RoHS compliant, rated for -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 4 lbs (1.81 kg).
