The PJ864HW is an 8.00 x 6.12 x 4.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged screw cover and polycarbonate viewing window. It is sized for small instrument, junction or control assemblies in places that are hosed down, very wet, hot or corrosive, where the door should stay attached while you work.
The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors and a 0.14 in (3.56 mm) wall thickness. The drawing for this size calls out 316 stainless steel hardware: the cover pivots on a 316 stainless steel hinge and closes with two 316 stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts. The seal is a FIP polyurethane gasket.
Four 316 stainless steel feet mount to rear #10-32 brass inserts with 316 stainless steel screws. Per the drawing, overall height with feet is 9.83 in, vertical hole spacing is 9.20 in and the holes are 0.34 in.
