The PJ664TW is a 6.10 x 6.10 x 4.18 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure whose hinged window cover closes with a stainless steel lockable twist latch located on center. The small footprint and single-point latch make it a neat housing for one instrument, a few terminals or a compact electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control that must be viewed through the polycarbonate window.
The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors against outdoor weathering. The cover swings on a stainless steel hinge and seals against a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket, suited to locations that are hosed down or very wet. The material is easily punched, cut or drilled.
Mounting uses four stainless steel feet fixed to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws. The drawing shows 7.95 in overall height with feet, 7.32 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes. Inside, brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws accept the optional 14R0505 inner panel, 4.88 x 4.88 in.
The PJ664TW carries UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 ratings and IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C and ships at 3 lbs (1.36 kg).
