The PJ664HW is the smallest size in the PJ window series: a 6.10 x 6.10 x 4.18 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged screw cover and polycarbonate viewing window. It suits a single instrument, a small terminal block or a compact electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control that has to stay visible in wet, hosed-down, hot or corrosive surroundings.
The box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor weathering. The cover pivots on a stainless steel hinge and is closed by two stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts, sealing on a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket.
For mounting, four stainless steel feet attach to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws; the drawing shows 7.95 in overall height with feet, 7.32 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes. Inside, four brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws take the optional 14R0505 inner panel, 4.88 x 4.88 in.
The PJ664HW is rated UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 3 lbs (1.36 kg).
