The PJ12106HP20 is a hinged-cover, 20-hole fiberglass polyester pushbutton enclosure for 30.5mm devices. It is the high-density option of the 12.13 x 10.26 x 6.13 in size in the PJPBLC Series, aimed at engineers who need a large bank of operators at one station where equipment may be hosed down or be very wet.
Construction is compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester for both box and cover, gray in colour and easily punched, cut, or drilled. The cover rides on a stainless steel hinge and closes with two captive stainless steel screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts. A captive oil resistant gasket, closed cell neoprene per the drawing, gives a positive seal, and enhanced UV inhibitors protect against outdoor weathering.

Stainless steel mounting feet and hardware are provided for rear mounting, and internal brass inserts accept the optional inner panel or a terminal kit. For a lift off cover, choose PJ12106P20; for 16 holes in this size with a hinged cover, PJ12106HP16.
The series is listed to UL 508A and CSA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and complies with NEMA Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529, IP66. The PJ12106HP20 is rated for 130°C to -40°C (266°F to -40°F) operation and an impact index of 6.78J (5 ft/lb), and is RoHS and REACH compliant.
