The PJ1086TW is a 10.13 x 8.26 x 6.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure whose hinged polycarbonate window cover is held by a stainless steel lockable twist latch located on center. The 6.13 in depth accommodates deeper devices, making it suitable for instrument, junction and electric, hydraulic or pneumatic control housings.
The gray compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester box and cover include enhanced UV inhibitors for outdoor use. The cover pivots on a stainless steel hinge and seals against a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket, supporting use where equipment may be hosed down or be very wet. Holes can be punched, cut or drilled on site.
Four stainless steel feet are fastened to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws; per the drawing, overall height with feet is 11.84 in, vertical hole spacing is 11.19 in and the holes are 0.34 in. The optional 14R0907 inner panel, 8.75 x 6.88 in, mounts on brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws.
The PJ1086TW is rated UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 and IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 6 lbs (2.72 kg).
