PJ1086LW is a 10.13 x 8.26 x 6.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged polycarbonate window cover closed by a stainless steel lockable snap latch located on center. The deeper 6.13 in body and screwless latch make it a convenient housing for instruments and controls that are checked and adjusted often.
The compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester box and cover are gray with enhanced UV inhibitors. The series describes a stainless steel draw type snap latch with a provision for padlocking. A stainless steel hinge carries the cover, and a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket seals it for wet or hosed-down service. The polyester is easily punched, cut or drilled.
Four stainless steel feet fasten to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws; the drawing shows 11.84 in overall height with feet, 11.19 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes. The optional 14R0907 inner panel, 8.75 x 6.88 in, fixes to brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws.
The PJ1086LW is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 rated, IEC 60529 IP66, operates from -40°C to 130°C with a 6.78 J impact index, and ships at 6 lbs (2.72 kg).
