The PJ1086HW is a 10.13 x 8.26 x 6.13 in Type 4X fiberglass polyester wallmount enclosure with a hinged screw cover and polycarbonate window. The 6.13 in depth provides extra room over the 4.13 in deep size for taller devices, while the hinged cover stays attached during service of instruments, terminals or electric, hydraulic and pneumatic controls.
Box and cover are compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester in gray, with enhanced UV inhibitors against outdoor weathering; the drawing lists the windows as polycarbonate. The cover swings on a stainless steel hinge and is secured by two stainless steel captive cover screws with retaining O-rings in #10-32 brass inserts, sealing on a captive oil resistant closed cell neoprene gasket.
Four stainless steel feet mount to rear #10-32 brass inserts with stainless steel screws, with 11.84 in overall height, 11.19 in vertical hole spacing and 0.34 in holes per the drawing. The optional 14R0907 inner panel, 8.75 x 6.88 in, fastens to brass inserts with plated carbon steel screws.
The PJ1086HW is UL 508A and cUL Type 1, 2, 3, 4, 4X, 12 and 13 rated, complies with IEC 60529 IP66, is REACH and RoHS compliant, operates from -40°C to 130°C, and ships at 6 lbs (2.72 kg).
