Hammond PHW363010 36x30x10 Fiberglass Type 4X Wallmount Enclosure

The PHW363010 is a large Type 4X polyester wallmount enclosure with a 36 x 30 x 10 in nominal size. It is designed to accommodate electrical, electronic, instrumentation and mechanical controls indoors and outdoors, where a corrosion resistant, watertight enclosure must guard against windblown dust and rain, splashing and hose directed water.

Its body is compression molded from fiberglass reinforced polyester and finished in light gray. The door is carried on a continuous hinge and fastened with stainless steel butterfly type twist latches, sealing against a memory retaining continuous door gasket. Stainless steel hardware and a padlocking provision are standard.

The PHW363010 measures 39.31 in H x 32.5 in W x 12.05 in D (998 x 826 x 306 mm) overall and ships at 68 lbs (30.84 kg). It accepts the optional 18P3327 inner panel, which provides 33.00 x 27.00 in (838 x 686 mm) of mounting surface on molded in panel mounting inserts.

Integral mounting feet are molded into the enclosure for wall mounting. The PHW Series carries UL 508A 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and CSA 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 ratings, and complies with NEMA 1, 3, 3R, 4, 4X, 12 and IEC 60529 IP 66. The PHW363010 is RoHS and REACH compliant.
