Hammond PHW201610 20x16x10 Fiberglass NEMA 4X Wallmount Enclosure

The PHW201610 is a Type 4X polyester wallmount enclosure with a nominal size of 20 x 16 x 10 in. It sits between the 8 in and 12 in deep models on the PHW Series 20 x 16 footprint and is designed to accommodate electrical, electronic, instrumentation and mechanical controls in indoor and outdoor locations.

Where a corrosion resistant, watertight enclosure is required, the PHW201610 provides protection against windblown dust and rain, splashing and hose directed water. It is compression molded from fiberglass reinforced polyester in a light gray finish, with stainless steel hardware throughout. The door is ported on a continuous hinge, sealed by a memory retaining continuous gasket, and fastened with stainless steel butterfly type twist latches. A padlocking provision is included.

Overall dimensions are 22.75 in H x 16.87 in W x 11.77 in D (578 x 428 x 299 mm), and the shipping weight is 23 lbs (10.43 kg). The optional 18P1713 inner panel, 17.00 x 13.00 in (432 x 330 mm), mounts on molded in panel mounting inserts.
